A sweaty blend of Pilates and barre, focused on core, balance, and stability. Expect a full-body burn, tiny muscle shakes, and big energy. ​

It’s Power Vinyasa, but with a core twist. Triple the core segments, mindfully sequenced to build heat, strength, and control.
