Yoyogi Terms & Conditions
1. Class Participation
By attending classes at Yoyogi, you confirm that:

You are in good physical condition or have consulted with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

You understand the nature of heated fitness classes and agree to participate at your own risk.

You will notify instructors of any injuries or limitations before class begins.
2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

You must cancel at least 6 hours before class to avoid a no-show or late-cancel fee.

If you arrive late and class has started, we may not be able to admit you for safety reasons.

Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and expire according to your plan terms.
3. Studio Etiquette
To ensure a safe and welcoming space:

Phones must be silenced during class

Clean up your space and props after use

Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times
We reserve the right to revoke class access or terminate memberships for repeated violations of studio policies.
4. Liability Waiver
By signing up for and attending Yoyogi classes, you acknowledge that:

You voluntarily assume all risk related to participation in fitness activities

Yoyogi, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, or loss sustained during class or on premises
You may be asked to sign an additional waiver when booking through our app or website.
5. Membership & Payment Terms

All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Memberships set to auto-renew will charge the card on file each billing cycle via Stripe

A 30-day notice is required to cancel any recurring membership. You must contact us in writing to process your cancellation.

Early cancellations will not result in partial refunds but will prevent future charges after the 30-day period.
