Hot Power Vinyasa
A high-energy, hot flow that blends breath, movement, and challenge. Each class builds toward a peak pose or transition designed to keep you learning and leveling up.
Hot Pilates-Barre Fusion (Plié)
A sweaty blend of Pilates and barre, focused on core, balance, and stability. Expect a full-body burn, tiny muscle shakes, and big energy.
Power Core Fusion (PCF)
It’s Power Vinyasa, but with a core twist. Triple the core segments, mindfully sequenced to build heat, strength, and control.
